It is spread in sprawling jungle of 40 acres along the Ken River and offers a unique opportunity to laze with the crocodiles, roar with the tigers and soar with the birds. It offers a unique blend of traditional royal hospitality and comfortable country living. Panna National Park spread over 542 sq. km was carved out of the hunting reserves of Panna, Bijawar and Chatarpur states. In 1994 it became India’s 22nd Tiger Reserve. It is predominantly an open forest and offers great opportunity to view animals like Tiger, Sloth Bear, Cheetal, Sambhar and Nilgai. Panna is also home to crocodiles and over 300 species of birds.

Local knowledge and art has been incorporated in the development and the lodge has been constructed using local manpower. Bandhavgarh was established in 1968 as a National Park, and is spread over an area of 448 sq. kms. This national park was declared as a tiger reserve under Project Tiger in the year 1993. It is predominantly covered with vegetation like SAL, SALI, DHOBIN and has vast stretches of grasslands spread over 32 hills, the region though smaller than other wildlife parks has one of the highest density of tigers in the world.

Tree House Hideaway, Bandhavgarh Tiger ReserveAdjoining the finest Tiger reserves in the world, get perched on 5 exclusive tree houses made on trees & stilts in a private jungle of 21 acres. It is not uncommon to sight many wild inhabitants from the lovely balconies overlooking the national park and the Bandhavgarh Fort. The thatched tree house are individually and distinctly designed with creature comforts subtly creeped in. The tree houses are known by the name of the tree which supports or dominates it. The dining hall is also perched high up around a 100 year old Mahua Tree. Well trained naturalist accompany the guest on jeep safaris and walks, interpreting the mysteries of the park with ease.

Kanha Earth Lodge, Kanha Tiger ReserveKanha Earth Lodge is spread in a forested area of 16 acres adjoining the buffer zone of Kanha in a small tribal hamlet. The lodge architecture has been inspired by the Gond tribal villages situated on the fringes of Kanha. The lodge is being built with high standards towards eco sensitivity, local village cooperation and a great wilderness experience.

As a conscious decision the lodge is situated remotely away from the tourism hub, yet close enough for an easy access to the park. Kanha Tiger Reserve’s spectacular Sal and Bamboo forest, rolling grasslands and meandering streams stretch over 1945 sq. km. in the heart of central highlands. This is the original Kipling country so fondly written about in his Jungle Book. The park is the only home to the rare hard ground Barasingha found in its large grasslands. Kanha is also home to Tiger, Leopard, Sloth Bear, deer, ungulates, lesser cats and over 250 bird species.

Denwa is located overlooking the mesmerizing backwaters of a dam built on Denwa River in Satpura National Park, the area is popularly known as Madhai.

It is being built on 10 acres of forested land and across the river lies the national park which is approached by a boat and then by jeeps to go deeper into forest. The lodge offers stunning views of the Denwa River, grasslands across and rolling Pachmari hills. Satpura National Park is spread over 1427 sq km and was formed in 1981 after joining Satpura, Pachmari and Bori sanctuaries.

Pugdundee, Pench National Park

Is located in the Karmajhiri area of Pench National Park and is being set up in a large estate of 36 acres. This will be the first lodge to be set up in this underdeveloped zone and supports are conservation policy of not overcrowding areas and making them unsustainable with over exposure to tourism. The Lodge offers multiple wildlife and village activities within and around the lodge.
