Testimonial From : Ravinder Gill & Victoria Nevin - November 2009
"We first started thinking about a trip to India in early 2009 but struggled to agree on an itineray as there is so much to see on the sub continent. We knew that we had to visit Delhi and Punjab in order to see family but beyond that we could not agree.
It was while watching a tiger safari on TV that we agreed we would also like to visit one of the national parks and we also decided to take in some of India's many historic sites. We tried contacting a number of specialist providers but one day Sharad contacted us and started advising us of the better national parks to visit especially if we wanted to see a tiger in the wild. He also mentioned some historic cities that we may have an interest in.
Sharad then worked with us almost continually in arranging an itinerary that took us to Agra, Gwalior, Orchha, Khajuraho and Bandhavgarh National Park. He advised on the optimum number of days we would need to improve our chances of seeing a tiger and also continually revised the itinerary so that the entire trip was to our budget.
He was always available during the months before our trip to answer any concerns that we had and to advise generally about the trip. In good time he sent to us all our hotel and travel vouchers so we were able to fly to India comfortable in the knowledge that everything had been arranged. I could not imagine such a personal service from anybody else.
Once in India - Sharad was again available to help us catch our trains as well ensuring that our hosts ensured we safely embarked on each leg of our trip. We could not have asked for better service. The trip itself was excellent. We even adopted one of Sharad's suggestions which was to have an additional safari instead of an extra night in one of the cities. This again turned out to be an excellent suggestion as we spotted tigers on the extra safari day.
It is difficult to know how the trip could have been any better. We saw some of the most beautiful monuments in the world eg the Golden Temple and the Taj Mahal, saw some of the most amazing architecture eg Gwalior Fort, the palaces at Orchha and the temples at Khajuraho while at the same time relaxing in India's beautiful forests while watching tigers from an open top jeep.
It was an excellent trip to a most wonderful country and made perfect by the excellent planning and organisation done by Sharad and his company Indian Wildlife Adventures.
